Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade to Basic at any time from your dashboard. If you downgrade, you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period.
What is the difference between Basic and the Managed Growth packages?
Basic is software you run yourself — you build the pages, run the campaigns and own the day-to-day. Growth and Scale are Managed Growth Packages: our team builds your website, runs your ads and content, and reports to you. Every managed client gets full Nexova platform access included.
Is there still a free plan?
Yes. You can create an account and launch your first project for free, then move up to Basic when you need unlimited projects, a custom domain and the full analytics and tracking suite.
How do custom domains work?
Basic and above can connect your own domain (like www.yourdomain.com) to any published page. We provide the DNS instructions to set it up.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Malaysian online banking, through our payment partner LeanX Gateway.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Basic is not right for you within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
