Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details, including a working email address and WhatsApp number. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

2. Building your store

You can ask Nexova to build a store from a shop you sell on (such as Shopee or TikTok Shop). You confirm that the shop is yours, or that you have the right to use its products, images and text, and that what you sell is legal in Malaysia. AI-written content is a starting point: check it before you publish, and correct anything inaccurate.

3. Plans and payment

• A store can be built and claimed for free. It goes live and can take orders once the Pro plan is paid. Current prices are on our pricing page.
• Pro is paid monthly or yearly in advance. It does not renew without your payment: when a paid period ends without renewal, the store is suspended until you pay again. Your store and its data are kept during that time, subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Payments are processed by our payment providers. Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires or we agree in writing.
• We may change prices; changes apply from your next payment.

4. Selling on your store

You are the seller. Your products, prices, stock, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service and taxes are your responsibility, and you must follow consumer and e-commerce laws, including showing your business details and return policy. Payments from your customers go through the payment gateway you set up, under that provider's own terms. Shipping booked through Nexova is carried out by the courier, under its terms.

5. Messages from Nexova

We contact you by email and WhatsApp about your account and, unless you opt out, about tips and offers. Some WhatsApp replies may be written by our AI assistant. You can stop marketing at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. What you may not do

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, dangerous or prohibited items.
• Use content you do not have the right to use, or mislead or defraud customers.
• Send spam or unwanted bulk messages through Nexova.
• Break, overload, probe or copy Nexova, or use it to attack others.
• Resell Nexova without our written agreement.

We may remove content or suspend a store or account that breaks these rules, and, where we can, we will tell you why.

7. Ownership

Your products, images, text and data stay yours. You let us host, copy, adapt and show them as needed to run your store and Nexova. Nexova itself, including its software, templates and brand, belongs to us; you may use it only through the service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nexova running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. Services we rely on (such as marketplaces, payment gateways, couriers, WhatsApp and AI providers) may change or stop, which can affect features. We may add, change or remove features.

9. Liability

Nexova is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Ending

You can stop using Nexova and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that stays unpaid. What happens to your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in advance by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use Nexova after a change means you accept it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
